Luis López, born in Santa Cruz de Tenerife in 1996, studied piano at the Conservatorio Superior de Música de Canarias. He continued his musical training with Piotr Szychowski and chamber music with Michal Francuz at the Ignacy Jan Paderewski Academy of Music in Poznan, Poland, where he completed his Master's degree with Distinction. He has received masterclasses from renowned pianists and has performed as a soloist on important international stages in the United States, Japan, Lithuania, Germany, Italy, Poland, among others. He has received multiple distinctions and international awards, including a nomination for a Latin GRAMMY for Best Classical Album in 2023.
